BAYS, in concert with Mass Youth Soccer's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Committee, is thrilled to sponsor an Essentials Items Drive to support Safe Homes, a local organization that provides needed services, supplies, and safe & supportive spaces for LGBTQIA+ youth in Massachusetts.

All leagues participating in the Massachusetts Tournament of Champions (MTOC) were assigned a specific item category to broaden the reach of this year's drive.

BAYS league teams are responsible for providing:

• Basic Comfort items, specifically - Socks and Undergarments
  (Sizing should be men’s and women’s, as many of the individuals served are older teenagers or young adults)

Please consider buying packages of these essential items and bringing them with you to your next playoff game or to Medfield Fields (17 Elm Street, Medfield, MA 02052) on Saturday June 21, 2025 to help support the Safe Homes organization. 

Alternatively, you may contribute items through an Amazon Wish List set up for the Mass Youth Soccer Essentials Drive for Safe Homes, which will ship the items directly to the organization. All item categories are listed but please try to at least include one Basic Comfort item if possible.

You may give any items brought to a weeknight or Saturday game to the BAYS field marshal presnet. There will also be bins at the Medfield Wheelock field on Saturday June 21 to collect the items.
