Coach/Manager Website Information Policy

Website Requirements

To help the BAYS league function efficiently, all coaches/managers assigned to a team during the season are required to have a valid, current email address and contact phone number that is reachable during times matches may be played, listed in their BAYS account profile.**

Coaches/managers often need to be reached by opponents or club officials during the weekend when most scheduled games are played. Contact information only becomes visible to site users who are logged into a BAYS account.  

Town Club Registrars must provide accurate coaches’ information during initial BAYS account creation and again confirm that information remains current each season on the BAYS website.

Minors under 18 may not be listed on the BAYS website as coaches/managers because their emails/phone numbers cannot be posted.

**Note to Club Registrars

To easily see if your assigned coaches/manager have a contact phone listed go to My BAYS->Club Registrar->Club Admin->Bulk Coach Info Update

Then click on the column heading: Currently Assigned to sort the list by coaches with current team assignments. If a team assignment is listed, a valid contact phone number MUST be entered. Don't forget to click Submit at the bottom of the page to save the update.
