Click into MY SECTIONS and use the blue "Email All Coaches" button to open an email in your default email client with all of the section’s coaches' emails prepopulated in the Bcc line to keep the list private.

Be sure to include your section in the email as many BAYS coaches coach multiple teams so it can get confusing!

Example note from Section Captain to your Section Coaches:

I am the Section Captain for our XXX section this season in Grade X Boys or Girls

Please send me your scores promptly after each game. I will update the site by Sunday, please help me by sending the scores as soon as you can. Report both your home and away game scores.

Be sure to list both team names and the game date/game week in your score updates. It makes it easier to post.

XXX is our Division Director, and they should be the contact person about rescheduling games. If you are working on rescheduling a game, just let me know, and I will post a note in the schedule.
