Gender/Grade group brackets are created by the Placement Committee based on the entered teams each spring season. Numbers dictate how many brackets are formed and whether or not play-in games are required.

Home teams are designated (H) by the system, not based on either team's season record.

Teams should immediately work together to find a game time within the specified timeframe.

Game details are then updated in Game Management by the home team’s Referee Assignor. Once updated in Game Management, the game date, time, and field will show on the published bracket page.

If the home team cannot provide a field and referee crew within the playing window, the teams may agree to swap the home field.

Games must be completed by the end date listed in their assigned Schedule type, either Schedule A, Schedule B, or Schedule C.

Score Reporting

Scores must be reported by BOTH teams to [email protected] Include both town/team names, gender, grade, and bracket (Blue:Red:Green:Purple and North:South:Central) along with the both teams' score.

Schedule and Completed by Dates of Game Play

There are three different Schedule types with different timeframes for the initial games.

Use the “Completed By” date for your bracket's assigned schedule type.

When determined, winners of Play-in Games will be moved along in the bracket and show vs. the next opponent.
