BAYS MTOC Roster Freeze

A reminder that rosters for teams in MTOC section become frozen as of end of day on Monday May 13, 2019.  That is the last time a change to these rosters will be accepted.  Rosters for teams not in MTOC sections may be changed throughout the season.
